Load Tracker
Navigator Load Memory
• 72 Hour Hold High Load Memory
• Highest Daytime Visibility
• Low Battery Indication
• Manual, Time and/or Current Reset
The Navigator LM has a minimum trip level of 100 amps and will track
and set trip level dependent upon peak load. When the Navigator LM senses
the peak load of the day it establishes a trip level to coordinate with
the circuit load and stores the information in memory for up to 72 hours.
The Navigator LM using Load Tracker Logic is the ‘one size fits
all’ FCI for minimum stock requirements. Super High intensity
LEDs provide the brightest visual indication available on the market.
Can be ordered with Troubleshooting options for
momentary fault location and manual, time, and
voltage or current reset.

FCI
Load Tracker
Low Profile
· Self Powered
· High Intensity LED Indicator
· Easy to install
· Manual test and reset
The Load Tracker is an overhead Faulted Circuit Indicator designed to
eliminate the need to specify numerous discrete trip levels and hours
of coordination studies to properly select the correct faulted circuit
indicator for the application. The Load Tracker design monitors the
load current wherever it is applied and adjusts the internal fault trip
level according to the load demand. This unique feature allows our customer
to select one product that can be applied on all circuits without concern
for sizing. The power for the FCI is supplied by a non replaceable Lithium
Cell that will provide greater than 900 hours of operation or more than
225 over current events. Also available with time and manual reset only.
Low trip option available.

FCI 333 Series
LED Type 333-1, 333-4, 333-6
· High Intensity LED Indication
· 60 Amp to 2000 Amp Trip
· Armed and Ready
The FCI-333-LED Type is a self powered electronic Faulted Circuit
Indicator for overhead lines from 5 KV to 46 KV. During a fault the
FCI is triggered by the high magnetic field associated with the fault
current. Indication is accomplished by extremely bright red light emitting
diodes that flash 30 times per minute. Resetting the device is accomplished
by any one of three optional methods, manual reset using a fixed magnet,
automatic time self reset in 2, 4, or 8 hours, or by current restoration
to the line. The unit is powered by a long life Lithium Oxide cell which
is replaceable. Every unit is plainly dated with month and year of manufacture
to easily identify age of the unit. Installation on live lines is accomplished
with a hotstick or rubber gloves. Unit can be manually tested and reset
at any time and operates independently from your distribution system.
This unit is armed and ready to operate at all times and does not rely
on a charge up time from live lines to operate. The trip rating is discretely
selected from 60 amps to 2000 amps and is fixed at the time of manufacture.
